This Syrian Mother of Pearl Armoire is around 80 to 100 years old and was crafted from walnut wood by the Buni Family [Mashghal Buni مشغل بني], known for their skilled inlay work. “Diqmaq” is a historical Levantine surname linked to traditional craftsmanship. The armoire is a large, eye-catching piece, standing on three sturdy supports with a detachable crown. Its three mirrored panels are decorated with detailed mother-of-pearl and wood inlays.
